On the site, you will find a series of self-assessment tools in the areas of staff management, financial management, accounts receivable, flow and efficiency, provider recruitment, and marketing. In addition, there are training guides, an extensive library of articles, and tools on the subjects of staff management, clinical applications, financial management, provider recruitment, and marketing, which we believe may improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your practice management efforts.

The content for the site was developed by BSM Consulting, as well as the Allergan Practice Consultant team. As you probably know, BSM is one of the nation's leading health care consulting firms. We have had a close working relationship with BSM for more than 20 years.

Allergan has acquired a limited number of licenses to this offering. Within this context it is certainly possible that a competitor may be offered a subscription opportunity. Keep in mind, we do not have access to any proprietary information from our subscribers.

Yes, we will continually add new content to the site based on feedback from subscribers. We feature new content in our monthly member newsletter and in the dashboard upon logging in.

Technical Requirements

To derive the most benefit from the tools and resources, you should have Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. If these programs do not reside on your computer, you  may want consider purchasing one of the Microsoft Office Suite packages. Beyond this, there are no special skills required. We have designed all tools and resources to be intuitive for our users.

PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

Yes, you can download all materials to your computer. In fact, you may find this to be the best way to use some of the spreadsheet tools. All of the tools and resource materials can be printed in hard copy form.

Many of our tools are Word or Excel files that you will download from the site and save on your computer, therefore no practice information is transmitted to the site.
